Notification of shortlisted proposals and Kaggle invites

Dear participants,

While we completed the reviews of submitted proposals and sent proposal acceptance emails yesterday, we noticed later that some members were missing from the database due to data inconsistencies or participants entering incorrect data in forms.

While all teams are notified of acceptance, we are currently reconciling the team members' data and will send out the invites for some remaining participants before tomorrow (Sept 07 morning). We'll also notify the participants whose submitted proposals were not accepted.
